Recovery Allies is a mobile service focused on delivering quality and valued therapy supports to individuals experiencing mental health challenges.

Clare is an experienced Occupational Therapist with expertise in supporting NDIS participants and providing support targeting improved mental health and wellbeing for her clients. Clare values working closely with individuals on their goals and in establishing collaborative partnerships with families and support teams. Clare works part-time at The University of Southern Queensland as a Lecturer in Occupational Therapy, which supports her keen interest in teaching and passion for evidence-based Occupational Therapy. Outside of work, Clare enjoys the outdoors, going camping, spending time with family and her much loved dog, Rufus.

Clare is supported by Mandy & Laura, who help to provide admin & clinical support in ensuring timely access to our services, appointments and to assist with enquiries and developing tailored resources for clients.
